I was 8 years old and my father in the band. I sat on the field on the last day, near the bandstand.

Hopefully now that a new generation of the family has taken ownership we will see the upstairs being opened up to the public

1977 Graceland mansion was the worst decor period. That gaudy red. Horrible. But, was probably really cool man, hip, to the max.

Love the music in the background! I am a new Elvis fan as a result of seeing the 2022 movie with Austin Butler and Tom Hanks just a few weeks ago. Since seeing it, I have been immersed in Elvis music, books, and documentaries. Can't get enough. The idea that Elvis is not dead is actually true in that we devotees keep him alive to this day. I hope on some level he knows how much he is still adored and what a huge mark he left on the world.

I visited Graceland one time. The weekend in 1980 Elvis' grandmother passed away. I didn't get to tour but I did meet uncle Vester. He was a very nice man.

I enjoyed that, it was almost like you had some inside information on what touring routes to take. You definitely missed out on some of the must see locations, but atleast you weren't as foolish as most of the people from mainland state's whom arrive here thinking they're able to tour the place in a day.😂
